She luvs the bag. The only issue with the bag is the size, its a bit smaller than i expected other than that there are none.

Bought this as a gift. Bag held up well so far after a year. Only complaint is that the plastic coating over the leather on the handles is peeling. Coach will fix if you pay $25 bucks and go without the bag for a month. my mom decided to just peel off all of the plastic and continue using. Other than that it is a good bag and looks sharp.
