I bought this handbag at a department store in black. Love the roominess, and the soft, soft leather, but was disappointed that within a very short period of use the decorative windings on either side of the strap, unwound. I haven't been able to fix it. The handbag is still usable, but certainly doesn't represent the price I paid for it.
Still, I'm on my third purchase of B. Makowsky handbags. What can I say, I love that soft luxurious leather!

The hobo purse has a lot of pockets, but I would have liked it to be a little larger.

My name is Samantha and I am the wife of Doctor R. I am writing this review under his account. Will this bag hold up? The price is a steal. This quality of hand bag would sell for triple the price that amazon asks. This bag has it all. Good looks, gorgeous green color, soft and subtle and just perfectly put together with all the pockets and storage space you could ask for and the hardware is beautiful, but will it hold-up under everyday wear and tear? This I can't answer at present, but I will be sure to add to this review if it doesn't hold-up. Right now it looks great and I've had it for 2 months. Wherever we go, whether to dinner or a movie or just plain old shopping, everyone looks at this bag with envy. It really is a good looking bag. I gave this bag 5 stars on the assumption it will hold-up. If it doesn't, I will add to this review.
