By Nita I was looking forward to getting this bag at the price Amazon listed, even at T.J. Maxx you couldn't beat the price. When I opened the box not only was it the wrong color it was a totally different B. Makowsky bag. The sticker was labeled right on the package but you can look through the clear wrapping and see the mix-up. I guess for the price quality control isn't included. I called and customer service sent out a return slip right away yet two weeks later the return never got processed. CHECK YOUR CC STATEMENTS PEOPLE. I called again and finally got it taken care of while I was on the phone. Wish I could review the product instead of the service BUT I NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT. I am leery about ordering apparel items in the future no matter what the price!
